Well, I was! No one had ever taught me how to team. The team-building courses I took were not action-oriented and too often felt like fluff.
Enter Method Teaming®. When Jerry Glazier introduced me to the science of teaming in 2015, everything changed. No longer was teaming something I avoided. I became a certified solutions provider with OND and began inviting others to join me in the gym.
